Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping: Aromaz offer shipping to PAN India. We usually dispatch the order within 2 to 3 working days of receiving the order. You would also receive the tracking details by email or message. Customers usually receive the products within 2 to 7 working days, once they are shipped. This delivery period may be longer in remote locations within India. Delivery of products is not attempted on Sundays or gazetted holidays.

Shipping Charges: The shipping charge is the cost in addition to the product you order. The shipping charges depend on the weightage of the product ordered and location. The shipping charges are added at checkout.

Returns and Refund:
(a) In the event, the order is undelivered by the delivery agent due to no fault of the Customer/User, or the order is lost in transit, the full amount will be refunded to the User’s bank account, in case of online payment.
(b) In the event of a wrong or damaged product has been delivered, the Customer will have to report the same within 2 days of delivery and submit certain proof of damage or proof of wrong-delivered item with a proper picture on our email ID i.e ccare@rdmcare.com. After a valid review by our team, the user’s request for return shall be accepted and the order shall be replaced with the correct product within 2 to 7 days of submitting the proof.
(c) Product packaging: Kindly pack the product as originally received by you. You can stuff the bag with bubble wrap or any other material to avoid damage during transit. Please note that in case the product is damaged, altered or used, returned without the original packaging, or if the return request is initiated after 5 business days of order delivery we will not be able to process the refund.
(d) Refund amount: Refund will be initiated once the return order is received and checked by our team, usually within 24 -48 hours of receiving the return.


Refund Account:
(a) Prepaid order: The refund will be processed to the original source of payment. It usually takes 2-7 working days for the amount to reflect in your account depending on the bank.
(b) Freebies: In case you received a freebie with your product, the same needs to be returned in case you wish to return the order.
(c) In case you have received a replacement, the same is not eligible for return/ replacement again. In case you have ordered multiple products as a part of your order, please raise a return request for all the products you wish to return at once. We will not be able to process multiple return requests for the same order.

Serviceable Pin Codes: We are currently unable to schedule pickups from all pin-codes. In such cases, you would need to courier the return through any reliable courier service or India speed post at your own cost. We need to receive the return shipment within 15 days from the date of delivery. All the other terms of this policy remain the same.

Fraudulent Orders And Repeated Returns: We reserve the right to cancel or hold your order if we are not satisfied with the details provided or suspect a high probability of return based on your search/order history or pin code.
