Ans. We offer a three day, replacement/ refund guarantee on all our products except "Final sale" and "Sample sale" products. Please email us (at email@example.com) and we will have your order picked up and shipped back to us. Kindly note that the email needs to be sent to us within 3 days of the delivery date.

Ans. Customers usually receive the products within 2 to 7 working days, once they are shipped. This delivery period may be longer for remote locations within India. Ans. We are currently accepting all Debit/Credit cards, Net Banking, Mobile Payments, Paytm, Wallet, and UPI. Although, we are not providing COD (Cash on Delivery) as of now.

Q10. Is your delivery applicable worldwide?
Ans. Currently, we are not accepting worldwide delivery. As of now, we are only applicable to PAN India.
Q11. What if my delivery is damaged or a lost delivery?
Ans. Although we try to provide the best customer service, if you get any product that is damaged or has a lost delivery status, you can put a refund request in the prior case, and later, please email us at email@example.com.
